Auction

We welcome your donations to our auction! We’re looking for goods/services ($150 min. value) such as:

• Tickets (sporting events, concerts, shows, destinations)
• Memorabilia
• Jewelry
• Services or lessons
• Gift cards (shopping, restaurants, etc.)
• Artwork
• Airline mileage awards
• Vacation home stays
• Party packages
• Apparel/footwear

Our silent auction is most successful when we feature specific themed baskets. We respectfully ask that you consider a donation that fits into one of the following themes:

• Super Sports Fan / Tailgate
  • Ideas include: sports jerseys, memorabilia, sporting event tickets, team merchandise, sports lessons, tailgating food/drink items
• Carroll Dragons / Southlake Life
  • Ideas include: Dragons merchandise/clothing, Dragon event tickets or special experiences, Southlake local business or restaurant gift cards, Southlake special experiences
• Pamper Yourself / Spa
  • Ideas include: Beauty or spa service packages or gift cards, makeup, perfume, jewelry & accessories 
• Wellness / Fitness
  • Ideas include: gym or fitness studio classes or memberships, medical treatments, services or assessments, fitness-related clothing, shoes or accessories, health-related food or drink
• Pool Party / Water Safety
  • Ideas include: Water safety/swimming lessons, services, or accessories, swim clothing or accessories, pool accessories, pool party event services or venue space, summertime pool accessories
• Night on the Town / Weekend Away
  • Ideas include: DFW area restaurant or hotel gift cards or overnight stays, upscale shopping gift cards, travel miles or points, vacation home stays, car rentals, wine or liquor
• Priceless
  • Ideas include: High-value sports memorabilia, exclusive event tickets, one-of-a-kind items or experiences, high-value artwork

Any items donated outside of these themes will be used as raffle prizes and are appreciated immensely, too!

• We ask auction donors to commit to their donation AND deliver any tangible goods/gift cards no later than April 15, using the form on this page (address and drop-off hours on the form on this page).
• PLEASE upload photos of your items on the form. If you don’t have an actual photo, please provide a link to a reasonable likeness we can use on our online auction page.
• For services or intangible donations, PLEASE upload a certificate/voucher on the form below.

The Swim4Elise auction is a fully online silent auction that displays auction packages live at the Run4Elise in May and closes a week following the event. All items feature a “Buy It Now” price!
